Portfolios Await Discipleships in Nashville

Portfolios Await Discipleships Mid-Winter Board Session Nashville, Tennessee       Nashville, TN -- The National Baptist Convention U.S.A., Inc. Mid-Winter Board session will begin on Monday, January 18, 2013 in the city of Nashville, Tennessee. The leadership team of president Harold Simmons and General Secretary Thad Jones are already in the city awaiting the arrival of the delegates.     January is Discipleship Drive Month. Laymen leaders around the country are to ask their men to sign up or renew their affiliation with the National Baptist Laymen.    The Discipleship Ministry is a once-a-year registration for laymen of National Baptist churches. Blood Drive(s)

On January 28, 2013 we (Disaster Relief) will be hosting a Blood Drive at Leonard Baptist 1100 N. Compton Ave starting at 5:00 PM. Our National Office has asked us to do a State Wide Blood drive.  We are seeking to collect 100 pints of blood throughout  the State. On  28th of January I have drives set-up here in St. Louis and in Columbia.  On February 4th Kansas City and Springfield.
