An Appeal for the

Mission, Education & Evangelism Fundraiser

St. Louis, MO

From: The Chairman

To: Laymen Presidents: (Local, District, State)

We write at this time to share with you the plans for our June session in St. Louis, Missouri.

The men of St. Louis are working very hard to make this session the best ever.

As you know, the laymen's hotel is the:

Renaissance St. Louis Airport

9801 National Bridge Road

St. Louis, Mo 31429.

This is where all of the major events will take place.

On Wednesday, June 19, 2013, like last year,  there will be classes; the Junior Laymen Bible Bowl; the Junior Laymen president will deliver his address and our Mission, Education and Evangelism Fundraising effort will all take place on that day.  The Fundraising effort will take place at approximately l:00 p.m.

Lastly, you know our main reason for the day is our Mission, Education and Evangelism report.  Our work in Kingdom Building needs our help.  Will your Local/State/District carry their share?

We ask for each District to represent with a minimum of  $300.00. This can be turned in to your state president so a state total can be recognized.

May God Bless and Keep you.

REMEMBER, NO ZEROS BY STATE NAMES!

Again, we thank you for your cooperation which will make the day a great one.

Yours in Christ,

Harold L. Simmons, President

Thad Jones, General Secretary

James Deen, Vice President

Walter Brown, Jr.,Chairman
