Greetings Community Friends:
You are cordially invited to attend a brief "Memorial Service" and immediately afterwards, confidential HIV/AIDS Testing during the National Week of Prayer for HIV/AIDS. The location is Normandy United Methodist Church, 8000 Natural Bridge (Across from UMSL, 63121). This particular service begins at 7:00 p.m.. Immediately following, confidential testing take place. At 8:30 p.m., the sponsors, Faith Communities United, Normandy United Methodist Church, and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. including our Philo Friends/Affiliate will close the program. Please send your clients, friends, supporters and others deemed appropriate to participate. The contact person is Sheila Grigsby, and I have placed her contact email address in the copy field if you have additional questions or need more information.
Remember the fact that HIV/AIDS is swiftly affecting the African American Community. As a community advocate committed to strengthening and impacting families, I am joining Faith Communities United, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and others to help educate and prevent this horrible disease that is affecting so many; young and older adults. Please join us this Monday, March 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Your support is needed as well. Feel free to forward this E-mail to others who may benefit.
