Thomasville, GA -- James "Jack" Hadley got acquainted with the National Baptist Laymen's Movement's during 9/11week. The week when America was attacked in New City and the World Trade Towers were destroyed. He and a delegation from Thomasville, GA attended their first Walter Cade, Jr. Southeast Region Workshop. It was a life changing event. Hadley went back and organized a laymen's movement in his church and two years ago organized a laymen department in his district association. Several years ago, Hadley retired Air Force, established a Black History museum in his home town of Thomasville, GA. It is the only Black History museum in Thomasville. To highlight persons who have made a significant impact to the community during Black History Month, TV station WCTV highlighted Hadley and his museum this past week during their broadcast.
