Girley Passes Away Blue Mountain, Mississippi Wife of Northeast Mississippi State Laymen President       Dear Friends:   Evia C.Girley Evia (Foster) Girley, 45, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 after a sudden illness. She is the wife of James D. Girley who serves as laymen president of the Northeast Mississippi Convention. They have three children, Joshua (18), Jacob (15) and Zikeyah (13).
