Dulaney Passes Away Pontiac, Michigan Pastor of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church Pontiac, MI -- Dear Friends: Dr. William H. Dulaney passed away suddenly yesterday, December 2, 2010. He is the pastor of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, MI where National Laymen 5th Vice President Michael Washington is a member. Dulaney had been pastor of Friendship for ten years and was also serving as Moderator of the Crystal Lake District Association and Vice President of the Wolverine State Baptist Convention.
